For those who want a calculated approach with focused attention to detail, this 12-week program is for you. Designed to move you gradually and confidently toward big, bold change, every two weeks a new concept is delivered to you, so you can layer each new concept on top of what you've already learned. At the end of 12 weeks, you will have been educated in the basics of how to shop for and nourish, move and work with your body for lasting transformation.

  • Weekly email check-ins 

  • Bi weekly coaching sessions to deliver new materials in a staged approach

8 WEEK FOOD & FITNESS FOUNDATION         $600

Receive a deep understanding of how your body is functioning, and a detailed action plan, no matter what your main health concern may be. Here's how this program works: On Day 1 I deliver all of your materials in one 90-minute session. You take it away and get to work. Each week we check in - via an email check-in form and a follow-up phone call. These sessions are designed to help you navigate big, bold change, so that at the end of eight weeks, you've got it down pat.

  • Personalized Action Plan

  • Pantry Purge & Grocery Shopping Trip, if you live locally

  • Weekly email check-ins

  • 8 weeks of ongoing Health Coaching

ON YOUR WAY IN 30 DAYS         $300

For individuals who are highly motivated and desire a "cut to the chase" approach, this is functional health coaching on the go.

We'll cover 8 key concepts you need to know and 5 action steps you need to take.

Coaching sessions are conducted by phone, FaceTime/Skype

or in person if you live in the Omaha Metro area.

 

These are big changes we will be working on, and a three-month commitment is strongly recommended up front.  You need to be committed to being held responsible and showing up for each session.

Payment is required up front (I can work with you on a payment plan) and the cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance. Payment is accepted via PayPal through Friends & Family or credit/debit cards for an additional 3% service fee.
